DISCO offices in Pakistan
Every Pakistani electricity distribution company (DISCO) is organised into a head office, operation circles, and regional/sub-divisional offices. Walk-in consumer services — new connections, meter replacement, billing disputes, load extensions — happen at the sub-division level; escalations move up through the circle to head office. The directory below links to the right office for each DISCO.

What to bring to a DISCO office
For any in-person visit, carry your 14-digit reference number, a recent paid bill, and your CNIC. For a new connection application, also bring the property ownership document and a copy of the seller/ landlord's CNIC. You can print a fresh bill from our bill checker before you go.
When to call instead of visiting
Many consumer issues do not require a visit. Use DISCO complaint helplines for billing disputes, WhatsApp channels for photo uploads, and the Citizen Portal (PMDU) when a written tracked complaint is useful.
