FESCO reference number

Spaces and dashes are removed automatically.

Where is the reference number?

1Reference No — use this. Usually 14 digits printed in groups. Type the digits only; if a letter such as U follows them, leave it out.
2Consumer ID — not this. A separate, shorter number. The checker and the PITC bill page need the Reference No.
3Meter No — not this. Identifies the meter on your wall. Use it to confirm the bill belongs to your meter.

Where to find Reference No. An illustrative layout with made-up numbers — the position varies between companies, so look for the label rather than the spot.

Your bill opens on the official PITC portal. No registration or payment is required here.

About FESCO

Central Punjab's mill-and-farmland mix, pairing Faisalabad's textile industry with canal-irrigated agricultural districts.

FESCO's network carries industrial mill load and agricultural tube-well load on the same seasonal calendar, so its summer peak comes from two unrelated sources at once.

Worth knowing

Agricultural tube-well connections sit on their own tariff and follow a different seasonal pattern from domestic ones. A domestic meter and an agricultural meter at the same address are billed independently, so check which reference number you are looking up.

When bills rise here

Faisalabad's mill-town summer load stacks on top of Jhang and Sargodha's irrigation season, so industrial MDI charges and agricultural tube-well spikes can both show up in the same billing month.
