What belongs here
Content must help with a bill lookup, bill detail, payment step or related problem. We consolidate overlapping answers instead of publishing separate pages for minor wording changes, locations or months.
Source standards
Provider-specific formats and changing payment rules should be checked against the responsible organisation. When a rate, phone number or availability claim cannot be verified, omit it or direct the reader to the provider. Do not invent authors, reviewers, affiliations or freshness dates.
Corrections
Report the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong and a supporting official source to [email protected]. We assess the source, correct affected pages and update the internal source register. No response or correction deadline is promised.
Review workflow
Review changing facts before publication and whenever the provider changes its service. The repository includes a page/source/review register. A page receives a visible review date only when an actual review is recorded; deployment alone does not count as review.
