Open the correct bill
The form on this site validates the format of your reference and then takes you to PITC, where the actual bill is retrieved. PITC supplies the bill document — this site does not generate or alter it.
- Select the electricity company printed at the top of your bill.
- Enter Reference No — the 10 to 14 digit number from your bill. Spaces and dashes are removed automatically.
- Review the company and reference on the confirmation screen, then open the official bill.
- Check the account name, billing month, due date and payable amount before using the copy for payment.
Print or save as PDF
On the official PITC bill page, use its Print button or your browser's File → Print command. To save a PDF instead of printing on paper, select Save as PDF (or Print to PDF) in your system print dialog. On phones the option may appear under Share or inside the browser's overflow menu. Before saving, check the print preview for clipped columns or missing text — some bill layouts are wide and may need landscape orientation.
Is a duplicate bill a payment receipt?
No. A duplicate bill is a copy of the latest available bill the distribution company has published through PITC. It is not a payment confirmation. Keep your bank app transaction ID, ATM receipt or wallet payment confirmation separately. This site cannot verify payment status and displaying a duplicate bill proves nothing about whether a payment has been processed.
An older billing month is showing
The bill displayed is the most recent one PITC has published for that account. If a newer month should exist but does not appear, the company may not have published it yet — this is common within the first few days of a new billing cycle. Wait a day or two and check again. If the same old month keeps appearing and you have received a paper bill for a newer month, contact your distribution company using the details on your bill.

How do I get a duplicate electricity bill in Pakistan?
Enter your reference number and select your distribution company on this site. You will be taken to the official PITC portal where the duplicate bill can be viewed, printed or saved as a PDF. No registration or payment is required.
Can I download the bill as a PDF?
Open the bill on the official PITC page and use your browser's Print command. In the print dialog, choose Save as PDF (the option name varies by browser and device). The resulting file is a PDF copy of the official bill.
The bill page is blank or not loading — what should I do?
Try opening the official PITC page for your company directly. If that also fails, PITC may be temporarily unavailable — try again later. If the official page works but this site does not reach it, use the 'Report an issue' link at the bottom of the page.
