Where is the reference number?

1Reference No — use this. Usually 14 digits printed in groups. Type the digits only; if a letter such as U follows them, leave it out.
2Consumer ID — not this. A separate, shorter number. The checker and the PITC bill page need the Reference No.
3Meter No — not this. Identifies the meter on your wall. Use it to confirm the bill belongs to your meter.
