Leave out private details: reference number, full bill, CNIC, passwords and payment credentials.

What we can and cannot help with
We can fix: broken lookups, incorrect guide content, outdated office addresses or helpline numbers, typos and unclear explanations.
We cannot help with: your bill amount, account details, meter readings, payment disputes, disconnections or anything else that requires access to your account. Those must go to your distribution company.
